RMNU Brown Belt Competitor Isac Chaves won gold at the 2010 Pans which took place at the Nat Holman Gymnasium in NYC. An awesome victory for the Nova Uniao and for Professor Josef Manuel who promoted Isac to Brown Belt June 10, 2010. With this Pan victory on the heels of His recent promotion Isac secures His spot as one of the top Grapplers on the East Coast in the Brown Belt division. Congratulations Isac!

CEBJJ would like to congratulate instructors/competitors Nuno “Shembri” Macedo & Isac “Acougeiro” Chaves on their recent promotions to Brown Belt at the RMNU headquarters in Tampa Florida. RMNU Black Belt World Champion Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel prepared these guys technically & physically after years of world class instruction, training and competition victories. Here is some footage of them competing in the Purple Belt division and judging by the looks of these videos you will know what to expect from them in the Brown Belt Division. Congratulations Nuno and Isac!!

Robson Moura Nova Uniao Competitors From New Jersey dominated the Gi divisions at the 2010 Grapplers Quest Nationals. Professor Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel and & CEBJJ Instructors Nuno “Shembri” Macedo and Presto Gagg coached & led three squads of RMNU warriors to the podium of victory!
