RMNU Brown Belt Competitor Isac Chaves won gold at the 2010 Pans which took place at the Nat Holman Gymnasium in NYC. An awesome victory for the Nova Uniao and for Professor Josef Manuel who promoted Isac to Brown Belt June 10, 2010. With this Pan victory on the heels of His recent promotion Isac secures His spot as one of the top Grapplers on the East Coast in the Brown Belt division. Congratulations Isac!

CEBJJ would like to congratulate instructors/competitors Nuno “Shembri” Macedo & Isac “Acougeiro” Chaves on their recent promotions to Brown Belt at the RMNU headquarters in Tampa Florida. RMNU Black Belt World Champion Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel prepared these guys technically & physically after years of world class instruction, training and competition victories. Here is some footage of them competing in the Purple Belt division and judging by the looks of these videos you will know what to expect from them in the Brown Belt Division. Congratulations Nuno and Isac!!

Robson Moura Nova Uniao Competitors From New Jersey dominated the Gi divisions at the 2010 Grapplers Quest Nationals. Professor Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel and & CEBJJ Instructors Nuno “Shembri” Macedo and Presto Gagg coached & led three squads of RMNU warriors to the podium of victory!

An absolutely phenomenal day for CEBJJ Competition Team Members at the New York Jiu-Jitsu Open Tournament. Six competitors and four of our warriors brought home medals! A big congrats to Fernando Feroz Ferreira, Preston Gagg, Isac Chaves, Cesar De Souza and Professor Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel for an amazing job representing RMNU in the Big apple. Master Robson Moura’s Fusion BJJ Seminar touches down on the East Coast at the Lotus Academy in Queens NY Friday, April 23, 2010. Saturday the 24th Seven Time World Champion Master Robson Moura will be teaching a Gi/No Gi at both the CEBJJ Academy in Dunellen, New Jersey, & Bull Pen Vale Tudo Center in Atlantic City. Sunday the 25th “Robinho” will be Elite BJJ in Newark, DE. The seminar will cover specific techniques, tips, and exercises focused on strengthening and fine-tuning your competitive game. 

 The East Coast Fusion Seminar is geared toward providing the tools competitors need to have an edge over their opponents. Master Robson Moura is a combat hardened champion with a wealth of experience and knowledge that will be bestowed upon any one who makes it to this educational event.

It has been an absolutely incredible year for Cutting Edge Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Team Robson Moura. Our Chief Instructor Professor Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel and Prodigy Isac “Acougueiro” Chaves came into 2009 guns blazing! With a relentless and aggressive style of Jiu-Jitsu they both racked up titles too many to list is this segment. Both in their respective weight classes and victories in Open Class matches, Professor Josef Manuel and Isac Chaves have represented Team Robson Moura, proving in the Martial Arts Community that their style and technique is truly Cutting Edge Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After a successful year at the Academy, countless victories in tournaments, a Silver Medal at the Panamericans of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our Chief Instructor Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel added the ” icing to the cake ” by bringing home Gold from the 2009 No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championships in Long Beach, CA, an Incredible accomplishment on the heels of a recent promotion to Black Belt By 7x Jiu-Jitsu World Champion Robson “Robinho” Moura. This is what our Chief Instructor had to say about it all…” There is not a letter “I” in the word team, there is a letter “E” for everyone. I would like to thank everyone that directly or indirectly contributed to our success on and off of the mats. Everyone that believed in us and even those who have expressed animosity toward us. You have all been my inspiration to reach my goals and more! 2010 is a new year of goals and accomplishments and this machine cannot be stopped.
